Using the app, you can log in and out on a project or external location with a single push of a button. Hours are registered automatically. The app uses location determination, which means that there is control over the attendance or absence and over the arrival and departure times. Additional work performed on the site/project can easily be entered accompanied with text and photos. Per project you can provide information to the employees: addresses, job descriptions, contact details and telephone numbers of customer/architect/…. Employees can add travel distances and absences (leave, illness, schoolings, etc.). Hence, this tool facilitates the follow-up of projects, payroll administration and even invoicing and subsequent calculation. All data can be exported to Excel.
